JAKARTA — Attorney General (JA) ST Burhanuddin revealed that two corporations are still requesting a delay in payment of Rp 4.4 trillion in replacement money.
- Burhanuddin explained that the replacement money is related to a case involving the granting of CPO export facilities, which caused state losses of Rp 17.7 trillion.
So far, the Adhyaksa Corps has only received handovers from three corporate groups, starting from Musim Mas, Wilmar, and Permata Hijau with a total of IDR 13.2 trillion.
The breakdown is as follows: Wilmar Group IDR 11.88 trillion; Permata Hijau Group IDR 1.86 billion; and Musim Mas Group IDR 1.8 trillion.
- The total loss to the country's economy is IDR 17 trillion, and today we will hand over IDR 13.255 trillion," said Burhanuddin at the Attorney General's Office on Monday (October 20, 2025).
Meanwhile, Burhanuddin said, Rp 4.4 trillion remains outstanding from the payment obligations of two corporations, the Permata Hijau Group and the Musim Mas Group.
These two corporate groups have requested a postponement of the replacement payment. This was later approved by the Indonesian Attorney General's Office, conditional on the company's handover of its oil palm plantations.
- With one obligation: they must hand over the palm oil to us, so the palm oil plantations and companies are our responsibility for the Rp 4.4 trillion," he added.
Furthermore, the Attorney General stated that the tens of trillions of rupiah will be handed over to the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) so it can be managed to recover state losses.
We will hand over the confiscated state funds to the Ministry of Finance, as the agency authorized to manage state finances. We executed the order yesterday, and today we will hand over the entire amount," Burhanuddin concluded.
